You pay at the seller's link. The seller is paid only after you get your order. Five steps in your browser, no app and no account.

  1. Step 1: Open the seller’s link.

    Tap the seller’s link on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok. See real photos, the condition and every defect. The seller is paid only after you get your order.

  2. Step 2: Pay in about a minute.

    See every fee before you pay. Add your phone number. We text you a code. Pay by bank transfer, card or USSD.

  3. Step 3: Follow your order.

    Your order page shows each step. The seller is paid after you get your order. You get a 4-digit delivery code by SMS.

  4. Step 4: Give the code at the door.

    The rider comes to your door. Give the code only when the parcel is in your hands. The rider enters it. Your order is delivered. With a courier, there is no code.

  5. Step 5: All good? Or tell us.

    Check your order. You have 24 hours. Something wrong? Tell us before you tap All good. The seller is not paid while our team checks. All good? Tap it, and the seller is paid.

If something goes wrong

  • Cancel before it leaves. The buyer gets all the money back.
  • Report with photos. No parcel, a wrong item, or damage that the listing did not show.
  • Our team decides. We look at the listing, the packing photo and the buyer's photos. Both sides see the reason.

One fee. You see it first.

  • The seller is paid only after the parcel is in your hands.
  • You get everything back, the fee too, if it does not arrive or is not what the listing showed.
  • Our team checks every problem, with photos from both sides.
