How selling works
From a photo to money in your bank.
Six steps in the STBRNATIVS app. The buyer pays first. You are paid 24 hours after delivery, or sooner.
Step 1: Take photos. The AI writes the listing.
Take photos of your item. The AI writes the name and the details. Check it, set your price, and publish.
Step 2: Share one link.
Your item is live. Tap share. Post the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok. Buyers need no app and no account.
Step 3: The buyer pays first.
Tunde pays for the dress on the checkout. You see the new order at once. Your money shows as Pending.
Step 4: Pack it and take a photo.
Pack the order. Take one clear photo of the parcel. The photo is your proof if there is a problem.
Step 5: Send it with your rider, or a courier.
Book a courier, or use your own rider. Your rider gets a link with the address. No app. Tunde gets a 4-digit code. He gives it only at the door.
Step 6: Delivered. You are paid.
The rider enters the code. The order is delivered. You are paid 24 hours after delivery. Or sooner, when Tunde taps All good. The money goes to your bank.
If something goes wrong
- Cancel before it leaves. The buyer gets all the money back.
- Report with photos. No parcel, a wrong item, or damage that the listing did not show.
- Our team decides. We look at the listing, the packing photo and the buyer's photos. Both sides see the reason.
The fee
One small service fee.
You pay a service fee on each order you sell. It comes out of your payout: nothing to pay before you sell.
3% + ₦150
At least ₦250 At most ₦1,500 A ₦30,000 item: ₦1,050
The buyer pays for Buyer Protection at checkout. You can pay it for your buyers instead: then they see your price only. You choose in the app.
